To avoid this, conduct regular checks of your pump, filter and heater to ensure that everything is working properly and there is no visible damage. This can help you avoid expensive repairs from frozen equipment or plumbing.

Even when you’re not using your pool, keeping your filter on for a few hours will keep your pool well maintained. Not only will this prevent dirt and debris from settling but this will help with water balance too.
